Engineered to Bridge the Critical Gap

The Project ManageHer, Inc. was forged over 12 years in the high-stakes trenches of diverse industries. Our journey began with direct, hands-on execution—from providing elbow-to-elbow clinical IT transformation in healthcare and guidance for construction planning, to high-level oversight for real estate brokerages and health insurance payers.

Across every sector, we observed one universal fracture: the IT department and the Business leadership were speaking entirely different languages. Consequently, planning and execution were paralyzed by misalignment. Each department operated with fundamentally conflicting expectations regarding functionality, resource capability, and the hard reality of outcomes. This critical chasm was the root cause of operational failure and the widening gap between brilliant strategy and flawless execution.

We were founded on the belief that bridging this divide shouldn't be left to chance; it must be an exact science. We transformed decades of cross-industry expertise into a structured methodology designed for sectors demanding the highest precision. Our mission remains fixed: to act as the essential liaison that translates technical complexity into business value, providing our clients with the confidence of predictable success.

As Founder and Principal Project Strategist of The Project ManageHer, Inc., Toshia Jordan leverages a unique blend of technical rigor and strategic foresight to deliver perfect execution in complex environments.

 

She operates on the unshakeable belief that superior project management is not just about timelines; it is the engine of sustainable business growth.

 

Toshia did not stumble into this leadership role; she educationally engineered herself for it over a 12+ year career in high-intensity sectors like healthcare, real estate, non profit organizations and construction.

 

Having identified that the paralyzing "translation gap" between technical IT teams and strategic business units was the primary driver of project chaos, she focused her education on becoming the "missing link" liaison. By combining an IT Networking degree and advanced PM credentials with an MBA in Organizational Leadership, Toshia built the rare ability to bridge organizational divides, ensuring that technical execution aligns seamlessly with overarching business goals.
